The TPS793xx series of low-drop (LDO) low-power wire-based regulators features high power supply rejection ratio (PSRR), ultra-low noise, fast start-up, and superior voltage transient response at the NanoStar wafer level and load and SOT23 packets. It gives an ultra-small package NanoStar footprint and an ultra-low profile and package weight, making it ideal for portable applications such as mobile phones and PDAs. Each device in the family is stable, with a small size of 2.2μF on the ceramic output capacitor. The TPS793xx series uses an advanced, proprietary BiCMOS manufacturing process with extremely low yielding dropout voltages (e.g., at 200mA at 112mV, TPS79330). Each device achieves a fast start-up time of 0 (approximately 50μs.
