The TPS793xx series of low-drop (LDO) low-power linear regulators feature high power supply rejection ratio (PSRR), ultra-low noise, fast start-up, and superior voltage at the NanoStar wafer level and load transient response in the SOT23 package. An ultra-small package NanoStar footprint is given and an ultra-low cross-section and package weight, making it ideal for portable applications such as mobile phones and PDAs. Each device in the home is stable and has a small 2.2μF size on a ceramic output capacitor. The TPS793xx series uses an advanced, proprietary BiCMOS manufacturing process with extremely low yield dropout voltages (e.g., 200mA at 112mV, TPS79330). Each device achieves a fast start-up time of 0 (approx. 50μs).
