TSL2550D Overview:
TSL2550 is a digital light sensor with a two-wire SMBus serial interface. It combines two photodiodes and an extended analog-to-digital converter (ADC) in a single CMOS integrated circuit to provide an efficient 12-bit dynamic range optical measurement. The two-channel ADC digital output is used to obtain a value that is close to the wlux unit commonly used in the human eye's response.
