UC2526A description

An improved UC1526A series of high-performance pulse width modulators for drop-in replacement of the equivalent non-x93A x94 version in all application pseudo-circuits. The higher operating frequency has included a number of significant improvements: a more precise oscillator with less time to die, a significant reduction in circuit latency (especially at current limits), and a negligible cross-conductance to increase the current of the output stage. Other improvements include a high-precision, bandgap reference voltage generator incorporation, reduced overall supply current and increased thermal shutdown protection.

With these improvements, the UC1526A series retains undervoltage latching, soft-start protection, digital current limiting, logic for dual pulse suppression, and adjustable dead time.
