• Product Introduction

The FET driver UC1710 is home with low-level control capabilities and extremely high power switching devices with high-speed Schottky process interfaces, especially power MOSFETs\x92s. These devices accept low-current digital inputs to activate high-current, totem pole outputs that can be sourced or merged at a minimum level of 6A.

The supply voltage for VIN and VC ranges from 4.7V to 18V independently. These devices also feature undervoltage hysteresis locking.

The UC1710 is available in an 8-pin package in a sealed dual in-line package\x9655°C to +125°C operation. The UC2710 and UC3710 are available in a specified temperature range of \9640°C to +85°C and 0°C to +70°C, respectively, in either an 8-pin plastic dual in-line or 5-pin, TO-220 package.
