Product introduction

The UC2825A pulse-width modulation (PWM) controller is an improved version of the standard UC3825. The number of circuit blocks that have been made with the performance enhancement. The error amplifier has a gain-bandwidth product of 12 MHz and an input offset voltage of 2 millivolts. The current limit threshold is specified as a tolerance of 5%. The discharge current of the oscillator is specified to 10 accurate dead time control milliamperes. Frequency accuracy increased to 6%. The start-up supply current, typically 100μA, is ideal for off-line applications. The output drivers are redesigned to protect the current (UVLO) at the expense of aggressive undervoltage lockout during sinking with irregular start-up current. In addition, each output is a transition period of 2 peak current capability.
