The UC2843A control IC is an improved version of the pin-to-pin compatible UC2843. Providing the necessary functions to control a current mode switching power supply, this device has the following improved features. The starting current is specified to be less than 0.5 mA. The oscillator discharge is trimmed to 8.3 mA. In undervoltage lockout, the output stage can absorb less than 10mA to 1.2 voltstargetV CC at least five
