Product Introduction

The PWM controller UC1851 family is best suited for offline primary side control. These devices include a high-current totem pole output stage and a toggle flip with an absolute 50% duty cycle limit failure. In all other respects, this pair of control wires is pin compatible with the UC1841 series. All major household chores share these high-performance controller functions, making them ideal for cost-sensitive applications.

Important features for these managers include low current start-up, linear feedback constant voltage second operation, and compatibility with voltage or current mode control advanced. Additionally, the devices include a programmable start-up threshold, as well as programmable over-voltage, under-voltage, and over-current fault thresholds.
