Product Introduction

The UC1710 FET family driver is a high-speed Schottky process control function between the interface and very low-end high-power switching devices—especially the power MOSFET\x92s.These devices accept digital input currents to activate totem poles that output large currents, with minimal sources or sinking one amper.

The supply voltage for both can be independent ranges and VC aging, from 4.7V to 18V.These devices also feature unique technologies for stopping magnetic hysteresis.

The UC1710 is packaged in a single 8-pin sealed x9655 dual inline wheels operating at °C + 125°C.UC3710 and UC3710 are specified temperature ranges of x9640°C \ +85°C and 0°C +70°C respectively, and can be packaged in one or one 8-pin plastic dual line, or a main product with four pins, TO-220 packaging.
