• Product Introduction

The purpose of these two families for high-speed driving is to provide complementary switch-driven waveforms. Synchronous rectification circuits and active clamping/reset circuits commonly used in complementary switching configurations provide zero-voltage switching. To facilitate soft-switch switching, these drivers are available on a separate programmable delay output waveform between the two. The delay pin also features true zero voltage detection, allowing the application to be started immediately when the corresponding switch is switched to zero voltage. These devices require a PWM-type input operation that can interface with commonly used PWM controllers.

In the UC1714 series, the auxiliary output allows the driver to pour a P-channel MOSFET.
