Product Introduction

The controller's equipment UC3827 series provides an integrated control solution for cascading buck and push-pull converters. These converters are known as current Fed or Voltage Fed push-pull converters and are ideal for ideal multi-output and/or high-voltage output applications. In both Fed current Fed and voltage modes, push-pull switches are driven, switched at 50% rated duty cycle and half the buck stage switching frequency. In the current Fed mode, two switches specify the drive, in the circle time, to prevent ringing and voltage stress on the device. In voltage mode, the Fed drives between two switches, and the switches specify the interval time to prevent the energy storage of transformers and capacitors opposite the short circuit, prohibiting the current flowing through these devices.
