The family of PWM controllers UC1851 is best suited for offline primary side control. These devices include a high current totem pole output stage and a switching flip absolute 50% duty cycle limit failure. In all other respects, this pair of control lines is pin-compatible with the UC1841 series. These high-performance controllers share features for all major household chores, making them ideal for cost-sensitive applications.

Important features for these managers include low current start-up, linear feedback constant voltage second surgery, and compatibility with voltage or current mode control advances. In addition, these devices include a programmable start-up threshold, as well as programmable overvoltage, undervoltage, and overcurrent fault thresholds.
