This UCC25600 high-performance resonant mode controller is designed to utilize DC-to-DC resonant topologies, especially for LLC half-bridge resonant converter applications. This highly integrated controller enables FM control and full system functionality in an 8-pin package. Switching to UCC25600 will greatly simplify system design, layout, improve time-to-market, and reduce all prices compared to competitor 16-pin device offerings.

The internal oscillator supports switching frequencies from 30 kHz to 350 kHz. This highly accurate oscillator switching frequency achieves a minimum tolerance limit of 4%, allowing designers to avoid "over-engineered" power stages, thereby further reducing overall system costs.
