UCC27200 description

The UCC27200/1 high-frequency N-channel MOSFET driver series includes a 120-V bootstrap diode with maximum independent input control flexibility and high-side/low-side drivers. This enables the N-channel MOSFETs to be half-bridge, full-bridge, dual-switched positive active clamp forward converters and controls. The low-side and high-side gate drivers can be controlled independently and can be used to turn on and off each other between 1 nanosecond.

On-chip bootstrap diodes eliminate external upright diodes. Undervoltage lockout is provided to provide high-side and low-side drivers to force the output drive voltage to be low if below the specified threshold.

Both versions of the UCC27200 are available.
