• Product Introduction

The UCC27223 is a high-speed, high-efficiency, low-voltage design that outputs synchronous buck drivers. Using predictive gate drive ™ (PGD) control technology, these drivers reduce the loss of conduction and reverse diode recovery in synchronous rectified MOSFET(s).

The UCC27223 includes an enable pin to control both output operations. A logic lock also includes SR drop-down where the first PWM input pulse comes in, and RDS(ON) of the procurement device is also minimized for high operating frequency and low output.

This closed-loop feedback system detects the delay in conducting and regulating dead time in the body diode to minimize the conduction time interval. This virtually eliminates temperature, load-related delay adjustments when the body diode is on, and for different MOSFETs.
