• Product Introduction

This high-speed dual MOSFET driver can provide peak current to large capacitor loads UCC27423/4/5 homes. The three options are to provide standard logic - dual inverted, dual in-phase and single-phase and a inverted driver. Thethermally enhanced 8-pin MSOP package dramatically reduces thermal resistance for the PowerPAD™ (DGN) and improves long-term reliability. It is also available as a standard SOIC-8(D) or package that is PDIP-8(P).

Utilizing their own design to minimize through-current, these drivers provide 4 in a current where the MOSFET switches over most of the Miller Plateau. A unique hybrid bipolar and MOSFET output stage efficiency while also allowing for low current source and supply voltage sag.
