The UCC2742x high-speed dual MOSFET driver delivers peak current to large capacitive loads. Two options are to provide standard logic - dual inverting and noninverting dual drivers. They are available in a standard SOIC-8 (quad) package.

Utilizing their design to minimize feed-through current, these drivers provide MOSFET switching transitions where the 4-A is most needed in the highland area, currently. A unique bipolar and MOSFET parallel hybrid output stage also enables low current source and supply voltage sagging.

The UCC2742x provides enabling (ENBL) functions with better control of the operation of driver applications. Pins 1 and 8 are implemented on ENBA and ENBB, previously left unused industry standard pins.
