The UCC2742x high-speed dual MOSFET drivers provide peak current to large capacitive loads. The two options are to provide standard logic - dual reverse and inverted dual drivers. They are all available in a standard SOIC-8(four) package.

Utilizing their own design to minimize through-current, these drivers provide the MOSFET switching transition process where the 4-A is most needed by Miller in the plateau region, currently. A unique bipolar and MOSFET parallel hybrid output stage also enables sagging at low current sources and supply voltages.

The UCC2742x provides operational control of applications with better drivers enabled (ENBL) functions. Pins 1 and 8 are implemented on ENBA and ENBB, previously left unused industry standard pins.
