The high-speed, low-power integrated circuit contains all the control and driver components needed for off-line and DC-to-DC fixed-frequency current-mode switching power supplies for UCC2800/1/2/3/4/5 homes with minimal parts.
These devices feature the same pinout configuration as the UC2842/3/4/5 series, but also offer internal full-cycle soft-start and internally leading current-sense input blanking value-added capabilities.
This UCC2800/1/2/3/4/5 home offers a choice of maximum duty cycle and voltage level is essential. For example UCC2803 with UCC2805 reference parts are best used in battery-powered systems, while higher reference and UCC2802 with higher UVLO hysteresis UCC2804 are ideal for use in offline power supplies.
