Product Introduction

The UCC28019A 8-pin Active Power Factor Correction (PFC) controller operates in a continuous conduction mode (CCM) boost topology. The controller is suitable for a wide range of universal AC line inputs from 100 watt systems to a range of 2 kW. During start-up, the undervoltage lock-up current is less than 200 microamps. Users can control the low power standby mode five of the feet pulling VSENSE below 0.77

The low-distortion wave input average current mode controls the current shaping without input line voltage detection, which reduces the number of external components. Simple external network allows for flexible compensation of current and voltage control loops. Its switching frequency is internally fixed and trimmed up to better than ± 5% accuracy °C
