The high-speed, low-power integrated circuit contains all the control and driver components and minimum number of components required for the UCC1800/1/2/3/4/5 family for off-line and DC fixed frequency current mode switching power supplies.

These devices have the same pin configuration as the UC1842/3/4/5 series, and also offer internal full-cycle soft-start and internal leading-edge current-sense input blanking value-added features.

The UCC1800/1/2/3/4/5 series offers packages, temperature range options, maximum duty cycle options, and a choice of key voltage levels. For example, UCC1803 works best with UCC1805 under reference parts to battery-powered systems, while higher reference and UCC1802 and UCC1804 higher UVLO hysteresis are ideal for using these in offline power sources.
