The UCC3807 family of high-speed, low-power integrated circuits contains all the control and drive circuitry required for off-line and switching power supplies DC-to-DC fixed-frequency current mode with minimal number of external components.

These devices are similar to the UCC3800 family, but with additional features with a user-programmable maximum duty cycle. The oscillator frequency and maximum duty cycle are programmed with two resistors and one capacitor. The UCC3807 series also features an internal soft-start and a current sense input for full cycle lead edge blanking.

The UCC3807 series offers packages, temperature range options, and a choice of various critical voltage levels. This home has undervoltage lockout thresholds and levels of lag in offline and battery-powered systems.
