Product Introduction

In high-speed UCC3813-0/-1/-2/-3/-4/-5 homes, low-power integrated circuits contain all the control and driver components required for offline and DC-to-DC fixing frequency current-mode switching of the fewest number of power supplies.

These devices feature the same pin configuration as the UC3842/3/4/5 series, and also offer internal full-cycle soft-start and internally leading current-sense input blanking value-added capabilities.

The UCC3813-0/-1/-2/-3/-4/-5 series offers a choice of packages, temperature range options, maximum duty cycle, and a selection of key various voltage levels. Such as UCC3813-3 and UCC3813-5 are best suited for battery-powered systems that will go down to benchmark parts, while higher reference and UCC3813-2 have high UVLO hysteresis and UCC3813-4 make up for the use of thsese in offline power supplies.
