In the high-speed UCC3813-0/-1/-2/-3/-4/-5 family, the low-power integrated circuit contains the partial power supply with the fewest number of control and driver components required for off-line and DC-to-DC fixation in frequency current mode switching.

These devices have the same pin configuration as the UC3842/3/4/5 series, and also offer internal full-cycle soft-start and internal leading-edge current-sense input blanking value-added features.

The UCC3813-0/-1/-2/-3/-4/-5 series offers packages, temperature range options, maximum duty cycle options, and a choice of key voltage levels. Batteries such as the UCC3813-3 and UCC3813-5 are best suited for battery-powered systems that will be ideal for using thsese under reference parts, while the higher reference and UCC3813-2 high UVLO hysteresis and UCC3813-4 make up for use in offline power supplies.
