The high-speed, low-power UCC2813-0/-1/-2/-3/-4/-5 family integrated circuit contains all the control and drive components required for off-line and DC-to-DC fixed-frequency current-mode switching with minimal number of power supplies.

These devices have the same pin configuration as the UC2842/3/4/5 family, and also offer internal full-cycle soft-start and internal leading-edge current-sense input blanking value-added features.

The UCC2813-0/-1/-2/-3/-4/-5 family provides the choice of maximum duty cycle and voltage level critical. Batteries such as the UCC2813-3 and UCC2813-5 are best suited for battery-powered systems that will be under reference parts, while the higher reference and high UVLO hysteresis of the UCC2813-2 and UCC2813-4 make up for these ideal choices in offline power supplies.
