High-speed, low-power UCC2813-0/-1/-2/-3/-4/-5 home ICs contain all required control and drive components for off-line and DC-to-DC fixed-frequency current-mode fractional power supplies with minimal switching.

These devices have the same pin configuration as the UC2842/3/4/5 families and also offer internal full-cycle soft-start and internally leading current-sense input blanking value-added capabilities.

The UCC2813-0/-1/-2/-3/-4/-5 home offers a choice of maximum duty cycle and voltage levels that are critical. Such as UCC2813-3 and UCC2813-5 are best suited for battery-powered systems that will be benchmark parts, while higher reference and UCC2813-2 have high UVLO hysteresis and UCC2813-4 make up for these ideal choices for use in offline power supplies.
