The UCC28220 is a BiCMOSinterleaved's dual-channel PWM controller. Peak current mode control is used to ensure current sharing between two channels. The precise maximum duty cycle clamp can be set to any 60% and 90% duty cycle value for each channel. The UCC28220 has a UVLO door opening threshold of 10 V and a 12 V power supply. It has a shutdown threshold of 800 - V.
Other features include having special circuitry to ensure that identical ramps are added to each channel with programmable internal slope compensation. The UCC28220 is available in a 16-pin small outline TSSOP package.
