Product Introduction

UCC28220 UCC28221 is a two-channel BiCMOS home interleaved PWM controller. Peak current mode control is used to ensure current sharing between two channels. The precise maximum duty cycle clamp can be set to any 60% and 90% duty cycle value per channel.

UCC28220 have a UVLO start-up threshold using a 10-V 12-V power supply, while UCC28221 have an on-threshold of 13 V requires a more extensive UVLO hysteresis system. Both sides have a shutdown threshold of 8 – V.

Other features include a JFET programmable internal slope compensation with special circuitry to ensure that the exact same ramp is added to each channel and a high voltage of 110-V for easy generous hysteresis UCC28221 versions to start.
