Product Introduction

The UCC28250 PWM controller is designed for high power density applications that may have stringent pre-bias start-up requirements. The UCC28250 integrated synchronous rectifier controls the output of high-efficiency targets such as half-bridge, full-bridge topologies for high performance, staggered, and push-pull. The UCC27200 half-bridge MOSFET driver driver and UCC2732X provide a complete power converter solution UCC28250 used together.

Externally programmable soft-start, with a pre-biased internal start-up circuit, allows the controller to gradually achieve all output steady-state operating points. UCC28250 configurable primary or secondary school
