The UCC28950 Enhanced Phase Shift Controller in Texas Instruments' industry established standard UCCx895 Phase Shift with enhanced features to provide the best controller family in today's high-performance power systems for classroom efficiency. Implement the advanced UCC28950 with synchronous rectification output stage for active control of the full bridge control.

The ZVS programmable delay allowed by the primary-side signal ensures operation over a wide range of load currents and input voltages, while the load current naturally regulates the switching delay of the secondary-side synchronous rectifier, maximizing the efficiency of the overall system.

The UCC28950 also provides a variety of features, including on/off control of Burst Mode and dynamic simplified transition in and out of continuous current mode (DCM) operation, ensuring that the operation of zero voltage extends to light load management.
