The UCC37321/2 family driving at high speed offers a ride currently on the industry standard pin 9 peak. These drivers can drive MOSFETs with maximum current requirements for extreme Miller conversions due to high dV/dt. This eliminates additional external circuitry and replaces multiple components to reduce space, design complexity, and assembly costs. Two standard logic options are available, inverting (UCC37321) and inverting (UCC37322).

Utilizing their design to minimize turn-through current, these outputs can provide high gate drive currents, as most Miller in plateau areas require switching transitions in MOSFETs. The unique hybrid output stage and MOSFET parallel bipolar transistor (TrueDrive) allow high efficiency current delivery at low supply voltages.
