• Product Introduction

At high speeds, the UCC37321/2 family provides a ride on the industry standard pin 9 peaks. These drivers can drive the maximum current requirements of the MOSFET to the extreme of the system due to the high dV/dt conversion of Miller. This eliminates additional external circuitry and substitutes multiple components to reduce space, reducing design complexity and assembly costs. Two standard logic options are available, inverted (UCC37321) and in-phase (UCC37322).

Utilizing their own design to minimize pass-through current, these outputs can provide high gate drive current, where most Miller needs switching transitions in MOSFETs in plateau areas. The unique hybrid output stage and MOSFET parallel bipolar transistor (TrueDrive) allow for efficient current delivery at low supply voltages.
