The high-speed dual MOSFET driver UCC37323/4/5 family can interchange capacitance loads. Three standard logic is a large option to provide peak currents - dual inverting, dual noninverting and single phase and one noninverting driver. The thermally enhanced 8-pin MSOP package significantly reduces thermal resistance and improves long-term reliability in PowerPAD™ (DGN). It is also available as a standard SOIC-8(D) or package with PDIP-8(P).

Using their design to minimize feed-through current, these drivers provide 4 in the first place where the MOSFET switches to convert most of the Miller Plateau. A unique mix of bipolar and MOSFET output stage efficiency also allows for low current source and supply voltage sagging.
