Product Introduction

In high-speed, low-power integrated circuits UCC3807 series includes all the control and drive circuits required for off-line and switching with a minimum number of external components, power supplies, DC to DC fixed frequency current modes.

These devices are similar to UCC3800 homes, but with user-programmable maximum duty cycle additional features. Oscillator frequency and maximum duty cycle programming two resistors, one capacitor. The UCC3807 series also features internal soft-start and full cycle leading edge blanking current sense inputs.

The UCC3807 series offers packages, temperature range options, and a choice of various critical voltage levels. This one has an undervoltage lockout threshold and a level of lag between offline and battery-powered systems.
