Product Introduction

The UCC3895 is a phase-shifted PWM controller, which realizes the control of the power level of the transferred half-bridge relative to the other switching phases. It allows a fixed frequency with a resonant zero-voltage switch to pulse-width modulation at high frequencies to provide high efficiency. The device can be used not only as a voltage mode or current mode controller.

While UCC3895 maintains the features of the UC3875/6/7/8 Home and UC3879, it improves the control logic such as enhanced, adaptive time-lapse settings, and turns off the function with other controller series. Since it uses the BCDMOS process, it greatly reduces its operation with the supply ratio of its peers to bipolar current.
