XB1117P181FRVoltage regulator single
The XB1117 series is a 1A, low dropout, positive voltage regulator chip with output current. It is available in three fixed output voltage versions (VOUT type) with output voltage values of 1.8V, 2.5V, 3.3V and 5.0V (XB1117P), and one version with adjustable output voltage through external resistors (XB1117K). The VOUT type with an output of 5.0V is different from the VOUT type with an output of 1.8V, 2.5V and 3.3V (refer to Electrical Characteristics for details).
When the output current is 1A, the output voltage will have a voltage drop of 1.2V relative to the input voltage (TYP.). When the operating current reaches the maximum current limit of the chip or the temperature reaches the maximum heat resistance value, the built-in overcurrent or thermal protection circuit of the chip will automatically play a protective role.
XB1117 series within the allowable temperature change range, in order to ensure the stability of the circuit operation, please add a 10uF tantalum capacitor at the input and output of the chip. The XB1117 series is available in a SOT-223 package.
