XB1117P331FR  Voltage regulator single

XB1117 series is a chip with an output current of up to 1A, low dropout, positive voltage regulator. It is available in three fixed output voltage models (VOUT type) with output voltage values of 1.8V, 2.5V, 3.3V and 5.0V (XB1117P), and a model with an adjustable output voltage via an external resistor (XB1117K). The VOUT type with an output of 5.0V is different from the VOUT type with an output of 1.8V, 2.5V, and 3.3V (please refer to the electrical characteristics for details). When the output current is 1A, the output voltage will produce a voltage drop of 1.2V relative to the input voltage (TYP.). When the operating current reaches the maximum current limit of the chip or the temperature reaches the maximum heat resistance value, the overcurrent or thermal protection circuit built into the chip automatically acts as a protective function. XB1117 series In order to ensure the stability of the circuit within the allowable temperature change range, please add a 10uF tantalum capacitor at the input and output ends of the chip. The XB1117 series is available in a SOT-223 package.
