XC6201P252MRN LDO positive voltageregulator
The XC6201 series is a high-precision, low-power, 3-pin LDO positive voltage regulator chip that adopts CMOS production process and laser trimming technology, and the voltage difference between input and output can be very small in the case of large output current.
The XC6201 series includes a current limit circuit, a driver transistor, a high-precision voltage reference, and an error op amp. The output voltage range is from 1.3V to 6.0V in 100mV steps.
XC6201 series is available in three package types: SOT-25 (250mW), SOT-89 (500mW), TO-92 (300mW).
