XC6215B252NR 0.8μA low-power LDO voltage regulator The output is controllable ON/OFF

XC6215 series is a high-precision, low-noise, positive voltage output LDO voltage adjustment chip produced by CMOS process. The series has a fairly low quiescent current of 0.8μA (TYP.), and the chip includes a reference voltage source, an error amplifier, a current Foldback circuit, a phase compensation circuit, and a triode driver circuit. Ultra-small USP-4/SSOT-24/USP-3/USPN-4 packages are better suited to the requirements of high-density circuit board applications, such as applications in mobile phones. The output voltage of each voltage regulator is individually set by laser fine-tuning, and the voltage can be selected in 0.1V intervals within the range of 0.9V~5.0V. The XC6215 series is compatible with ceramic capacitors with low ESR. The XC6215 series of current limiter foldback circuitry provides short-circuit protection for current limiters and output pins. The XC6215 features CE control that allows the output of the voltage regulator to be turned off, greatly reducing power loss
