XC6216C202PR-G has standby function voltage regulator input voltage 28V

The XC6216/XE6216 series is a high-precision, low-noise, positive voltage regulator chip. The series consists of a reference voltage source, an error amplifier, a current limiter, a thermal shutdown circuit, a phase compensation circuit, and a drive triode. With laser fine-tuning technology, the output voltage can be selected at 100mV intervals between 2.0V-12.0V (XC6216B/XE6216B series). In addition, the output voltage can be set between 2.0V and 23.0V by connecting an external resistor (XC6216C/XE6216C series). The output regulator capacitors (CL) of this series can also use ceramic capacitors with low ESR. The series has built-in overcurrent protection circuitry and thermal shutdown circuitry. These two protection circuits will start operating when the output current reaches the current limit level or the junction temperature reaches the temperature limit level. The CE function can make the output shut down and the chip enter standby mode, which can greatly reduce power consumption.
