The XC6218O332NR CMOS process consumes low current, and is positive in an ultra-small packageVoltage regulator

The XC6218 series is a low-current, ultra-small package positive voltage regulator using a CMOS process. The internal circuit consists of a voltage reference, a differential amplifier, a current limit circuit, a phase compensation circuit, etc.
The ultra-small packages USP-3 and SSOT-24 are ideal for devices that require high density such as mobile phones.
By using internal laser trimming, the output voltage can be output in 0.1V intervals between 0.9V~4.0V. Using a ceramic capacitor with low ESR, a stable output can be obtained.
The current limit uses a Foldback circuit to provide short-circuit protection to the output.
