XC6218P182NRG Low current consumption of CMOS process, positive voltage regulator in an ultra-small package

The XC6218 series is a positive voltage regulator in a low-current, ultra-compact package using the CMOS process. The internal circuit consists of a voltage reference, a differential amplifier, a current limiting circuit, and a phase compensation circuit. The package is USP-3 and SSOT-24 in ultra-small packages, which are most suitable for devices that require high density such as mobile phones. The output voltage can be fine-tuned using an internal laser to achieve an output of 0.1V interval between 0.9V ~ 4.0V. Using ceramic capacitors with low ESR provides stable output. The current limit uses Foldback circuitry to provide short-circuit protection for the output.
