XC6220B501ER-G low-dropout CMOS process with a 1A high-current LDO voltage regulator output

The XC6220 series is a high-current LDO voltage regulator with a high-precision, low-noise, low-dropout CMOS process and an output of 1A. The built-in drive transistor with low on-resistance keeps the output current stable at 1A regardless of voltage changes. The input and output voltage difference is very small and 0.06V@300mA. It is conducive to expanding the field of battery use. Equipped with the environmentally friendly Green Operation function, the IC can automatically switch the current consumption between two different modes, High Speed Mode and Power Save Mode, according to the numerical changes in the load current, to achieve high-speed, low-power, and high-efficiency functions. The load current value of the switching point is already fixed inside the chip, so that the most suitable current consumption can be released to correspond to different operating application conditions. Built-in circuitry for overcurrent protection and overtemperature protection. It has excellent exothermic characteristics and is packaged in a small package USP-6.
