XC6220B501MR-G low dropout CMOS process with an output of 1A high-current LDOVoltage regulator

The XC6220 series is a high-current LDO voltage regulator with an output of 1A using a high-precision, low-noise, low-dropout CMOS process. The built-in low on-resistance driver transistor keeps the output current stable at 1A regardless of voltage changes. The difference between input and output voltage is extremely small and 0.06V@300mA. It is conducive to expanding the field of use of batteries.
Equipped with the environmentally-friendly Green Operation performance, the IC's current consumption can be automatically switched between two different modes, High Speed Mode and Power Save Mode, depending on the value of the load current, to achieve high-speed, low-power, and high-efficiency functions. The load current value at the switching point is already fixed inside the chip, so that the most suitable current consumption can be released under different operating conditions.
Built-in overcurrent protection and overtemperature protection.
The heat dissipation characteristics are superior and the USP-6 is available in a small package.
