XC6222D121MR-G with ON/OFF switch Compatible with high-speed voltage regulators with low ESR capacitance

The XC6222 series is a high-speed LDO voltage regulator that achieves high accuracy, low noise, high ripple rejection, low dropout, and low current consumption. The interior is composed of a reference voltage source, an error amplifier, a drive transistor, a current limiting circuit, an overheat protection circuit, and a phase compensation circuit. Inputting a low level to the CE terminal can put the IC into standby. In standby mode, an internal switch between the VOUT terminal and the VSS terminal discharges the charge charge of the stable output capacitor (CL). This discharge function allows the VOUT terminal to return the VSS potential at high speed. There is an overcurrent protection circuit and an overtemperature protection circuit built-in, and the protection circuit will start working when the output current reaches the limit current or the junction temperature reaches the limit temperature.
