The XC6222 series is a high-speed LDO voltage regulator that achieves high accuracy, low noise, high ripple removal, low dropout, and low current consumption.
The internal voltage reference, error amplifier, driver transistor, current limit circuit, overtemperature protection circuit, phase compensation circuit, etc. are composed of voltage reference, error amplifier, drive transistor, etc.
Entering a low level to the CE terminal causes the IC to standby.
In standby, the internal switch between the VOUT terminal and the VSS terminal can discharge the charging charge charge with a capacitor (CL) to stabilize the output.
This discharge function allows the VOUT terminal to return to the VSS potential at high speed.
An overcurrent protection circuit and an overtemperature protection circuit are built-in, and the protection circuit will start working when the output current reaches the limit current or the junction temperature reaches the limit temperature.
