XC6223H331MR-G high speedLDOvoltageVoltage regulator
The XC6223 series products are high-speed LDO voltage regulators that achieve high precision, low noise, high ripple rejection, low dropout, and low current consumption.
The IC consists of a voltage reference source, an error amplifier, a drive transistor, a current limiting circuit, a phase compensation current, an overheat protection current, and an inrush current prevention circuit.
Inputting a low level to the CE terminal can put the IC into standby.
In the standby state, an internal switch between the VOUT terminal and the VSS terminal discharges the charge charge of the stable output capacitor (CL).
This discharge function allows the VOUT terminal to return the VSS potential at high speed.
Capacitors (CL) for stable output can use capacitors with low ESR, such as ceramic capacitors.
The output voltage can be set at 0.05V intervals in the range of 1.2V~4.0V by laser fine-tuning.
There is an overcurrent protection circuit and an overtemperature protection circuit built-in, and the protection circuit will start working when the output current reaches the limit current or the junction temperature reaches the limit temperature.
