XC62KN3302MR Negative voltage regulator

The XC62K series is a high-precision, low-power, negative voltage regulator manufactured using CMOS process and laser fine-tuning technology. The series is capable of outputting large currents with low input-output dropouts, and consists of a high-precision reference voltage source, an error correction circuit, and a current-limited output. Available in SOT-23 (150mW) and SOT-89 (500mW), TO-92 (300mW), USP-6B (100mW) packages.
