XC6351A120MR Voltage Pump Voltage Reverser

The XC6351A series are voltage reversal charge pumps with four MOSFETs inside. Only two external capacitors can form an efficient negative voltage supply, which can be used for GaAs bias supplies and negative voltage supplies for op amps.
The ultra-small 6-pin SOT-26 and USP-6B packages are more suitable for high-density circuit boards. Low power consumption and high efficiency make this series suitable for battery-driven applications.
In the application process, by using the chip enable control function (Chip Enable), when the chip stops working, the power consumption of the entire chip can be effectively reduced.
