XC6351A120MR Voltage pump voltage reverser

XC6351A series is a voltage reversing charge pump with four MOSFETs built-in. An external use of only two capacitors can be used to form a high-efficiency negative voltage power supply, which can be used for both GaAs bias power supplies and negative voltage power supplies for op amps. The ultra-small 6-pin terminal SOT-26 and USP-6B packages are better suited for high-density circuit board requirements. The low power consumption and high efficiency characteristics make this series suitable for battery-powered applications. During the application process, by using the chip's enable function, when the chip stops working, the power consumption of the entire chip can be effectively reduced.
