XC6366B103MRN PWM, PWM/PFM switching step-down DC/DC controller

The XC6365/XC6366 series uses four types of external components: transistors, coils, diodes, and capacitors to build high-efficiency step-down DC/DC converters with output currents of 1A or more. The device can be set in the range of 1.5V~6.0V (accuracy ±2.5%) at 0.1V intervals (VOUT type). In addition to the VOUT type, there is also a model (FB type) that has a built-in 1.0V reference voltage and can be set by external components. Since the switching frequency is up to 300kHz, small external components can be used. At small loads, the PWM/PFM switch-controlled XC6366 series operates in PFM mode. As a result, high efficiency is achieved over the entire load range from small loads to large output currents. There are models with an internal set time of 10ms (A, B types), and models (C and D types) that can be adjusted with external resistors and capacitors. With the standby function, the operation can be stopped to reduce the current consumption to less than 0.5μA ("L" on the CE side). The built-in U.V.L.O. function forcibly disconnects the external transistor when the input voltage is below the specified voltage.
