XC6372A331PR-G PWM, PWM/PFM Boost DC/DC Controller/Converter

The XC6371/6372 series is a set of PWM-controlled boost DC/DC converters. The XC6371/6372 series uses CMOS process and laser fine-tuning technology to achieve low power consumption and high accuracy. The chip's built-in phase compensation and slow-start circuitry make it have good transient response and performance. The output voltage can be selected in 100mV intervals from 2.0V to 7.0V (accuracy: ±2.5%). Oscillation frequencies can also be selected from three frequencies of 50, 100, and 180kHz (accuracy: ±15%). Each built-in switch tube type uses only three external devices to form a boost circuit: inductor, diode, and capacitor.
