XC6501A1817R-G requires no output capacitors, low current consumption, and high-speed LDO voltage regulator
The XC6501 series is a high-speed LDO voltage regulator chip that achieves high precision, low noise, and low dropout without the need for output capacitors. The interior consists of a voltage reference, an error amplifier, a drive transistor, a constant current limiting circuit, and a phase compensation circuit.
The output voltage range is 1.2V~5.0V. Internal phase compensation allows for stable operation even without capacitors. Since no output capacitors are used, it is possible to save space on the circuit board and reduce costs. In addition, even in cases where capacitors are required, a small capacitor with a size of 1005 is sufficient.
When input low from the CE terminal to standby state, the current consumption can be controlled to less than 0.1μA. In addition, the chip has both low consumption and high speed, and superior load transient response.
The USP-3, USP-4, and USPN-4 are ideal for space-saving circuit designs in Tris's original ultra-compact packages. SSOT-24 and SOT-25 packages are also available.
