The XC6501A28A7R-G requires no output capacitor, low current consumption, and high speed LDO voltageregulator
The XC6501 series is a high-speed LDO voltage regulator chip that eliminates the need for output capacitors and realizes high accuracy, low noise, and low dropout voltage. The internal consists of a voltage reference, error amplifier, driver transistor, constant current limit circuit, phase compensation circuit, etc.
The output voltage range is 1.2V~5.0V. Internal phase compensation enables stable operation even without the use of capacitors. Since no output capacitor is used, space on the board can be saved, and cost reduction can be achieved. In addition, even when capacitors are required, a small capacitor size of 1005 is sufficient.
The low level input from the CE terminal can be controlled to less than 0.1μA when the current consumption is in standby mode. In addition, the chip has both low consumption and high speed, and superior load transient response.
The ultra-small packages USP-3, USP-4, USPN-4 and USPN-4 are ideal for space-saving circuit designs. SSOT-24 and SOT-25 packages are also available.
